We are not liable for any acts, omissions, negligence, or defaults of these independent service providers. We are also not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or accidents.
Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the services provided by us. We strongly recommend that you obtain travel insurance to cover any potential losses or damages during your trip. This insurance should cover medical expenses, personal injury, loss of baggage, and cancellation or curtailment of your trip.
We expect all participants in our tours to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner. We reserve the right to terminate your tour if your behavior is disruptive, offensive, or poses a risk to yourself or others. No refunds will be granted in such cases.
